Section 01

About This Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how NEZNI TEKSTIL KUY. AMB. SAN. VE TIC. LTD. STI. (“Nezni”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with nezni.com.

The policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how Nezni processes personal data when you use our website, contact us or submit a business enquiry or quotation request.

Cookie and device-storage rules differ between countries. Where a specific law applies to a visitor, Nezni aims to use these technologies in accordance with the requirements applicable to that visitor and the purpose for which the technology is used.

Section 02

What Cookies & Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website or service can place on a browser or device. They can be used to maintain a session, remember a setting, support security, measure website use or enable other technical functions.

Websites can also use technologies that perform similar functions without relying on a traditional cookie. Examples can include local storage, session storage, device or browser signals, security tokens and other storage or access technologies.

Session Technologies

Designed to operate for a browsing session or a limited interaction and generally expire or become invalid after the relevant session or task.

Persistent Technologies

Can remain for a defined period so a setting, security state or other permitted function can continue between visits.

First-Party Technologies

Placed or controlled through the domain you are visiting, such as nezni.com, for website functionality or another disclosed purpose.

Third-Party Technologies

Provided through another service or domain. Their operation and data handling may also be subject to the third party’s own privacy information.

Section 03

Current Website Technology Status

The following summary describes the current intended public configuration of nezni.com as of the date shown at the top of this policy. It is designed to distinguish technologies that are presently used from categories that may be added later.

Currently used

Security & Form Protection

Cloudflare Turnstile and related technical safeguards are used to protect forms and reduce automated or abusive submissions.

Not currently enabled

Analytics Tracking

Google Analytics or a comparable visitor-analytics tracker is not currently described as active on the public website.

Consent controlled

Advertising & Remarketing

Google Ads conversion measurement is enabled only after Advertising consent. Meta Pixel, X Pixel and additional remarketing platforms are not currently enabled.

Not currently enabled

Newsletter Tracking

The website is not currently described as operating a newsletter subscription or newsletter-tracking system.

Website software, hosting infrastructure and security services can change over time. Nezni will review this policy when a change materially affects cookies or similar technologies used on the public website.

Section 04

Strictly Necessary & Security Technologies

Some technologies are required to operate, secure or administer a website, deliver a function specifically requested by the user, maintain an authenticated administrative session or protect forms against spam and automated attacks.

Where applicable law recognises an exemption for technologies that are strictly necessary for a requested service, communications function or proportionate security purpose, Nezni may use those technologies without asking for marketing-style cookie consent. Where an applicable law requires consent for a particular technology or purpose, Nezni will apply the relevant consent requirement.

Section 05

Cloudflare Turnstile

Nezni uses Cloudflare Turnstile on website forms to help distinguish legitimate users from automated or abusive traffic. Turnstile evaluates technical and client-side security signals and produces a security token that can be validated by the website.

Cloudflare states that Turnstile can process signals such as an IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header, site key and associated origin for bot detection and website security. These signals are not used by Nezni for advertising or remarketing.

A standard Turnstile widget uses a one-time validation token. Cloudflare also offers an optional “pre-clearance” configuration that can issue a cf_clearance security cookie. Because that cookie depends on the specific Cloudflare configuration, this policy does not state that it is always issued on nezni.com.

Why this is separated from analytics

Turnstile is used for website and form security. It is not being presented here as a visitor analytics, advertising or remarketing technology.

More information is available in the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy information.

Section 06

WordPress & Administrator Technologies

Nezni.com is operated using WordPress. WordPress can use authentication, session or interface-preference technologies when an authorised administrator signs in to the website management area.

These administrative technologies are used to authenticate authorised users, maintain administrative sessions or remember interface preferences. They are not intended to profile ordinary public visitors for advertising purposes.

Additional technical cookies may also be generated temporarily by WordPress or a security component during specific administrative or troubleshooting activities. Because such technologies can depend on software version and configuration, their exact names and durations can change when the website is updated.

Section 07

Analytics & Performance Technologies

Nezni does not currently describe Google Analytics or a comparable non-essential visitor analytics tracker as active on the public website.

The consent interface nevertheless includes an optional Analytics category so that a separate analytics service can be added later without changing the consent architecture. Selecting that category currently does not activate Google Analytics because no Google Analytics measurement ID is configured.

If Nezni later introduces an analytics platform, this section and the current-status information above will be updated to explain the provider, purpose, categories of data or device information involved, relevant retention information and whether consent or another legally permitted mechanism applies.

Where applicable law requires prior consent for the intended analytics technology, the technology will not be activated for that visitor before the required choice is obtained.

Section 08

Advertising, Remarketing & Marketing Technologies

Nezni uses the Google tag for Google Ads conversion measurement (Google Ads tag ID AW-10991315186). Its current purpose is to understand whether an advertising interaction leads to a genuine business enquiry or another configured conversion on nezni.com and to measure campaign performance.

Nezni uses Basic Consent Mode v2. The Google tag is blocked until a visitor grants Advertising consent. If the visitor rejects non-essential technologies or does not grant Advertising consent, the Google Ads tag does not load and no data is sent to Google through that tag. Consent signals include ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization; these are granted only when the visitor chooses Advertising.

When Advertising consent is granted, Google Ads may process browser or device information, timestamps, page and referrer information, ad-click identifiers such as GCLID or DCLID, consent state and configured conversion-event information. The Google tag may set first-party cookies on nezni.com to store an identifier or information about the advertising interaction that brought a visitor to the website. The exact cookie names and durations can vary by Google product, feature, browser and implementation.

Google may use the information it receives for advertising measurement and related Google Ads functions in accordance with its own terms and privacy information. Nezni does not currently enable Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, X Pixel, enhanced conversions, customer-data uploads or a newsletter tracking system through this consent plugin. These services will be added to this policy before activation if Nezni introduces them later.

For further information, see Google’s advertising cookie information and the Google Privacy Policy.

Section 09

Third-Party Links & Services

Nezni.com may contain links that allow you to open third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps or other external websites. A normal link does not mean that Nezni controls the cookies used after you leave nezni.com.

When you choose to visit or use an external service, that provider may use its own cookies, local storage, tracking technologies or account information according to its own settings and privacy documentation. Nezni does not control independent technologies used on third-party websites after you navigate away from our domain.

Where Nezni later embeds a third-party component directly into a page rather than providing a normal link, we will review whether that component stores or accesses information on a visitor’s device and whether additional notice or consent controls are required.

Google Ads conversion measurement is an embedded third-party service and is governed by the consent controls described in Sections 08 and 10. Google may process information in countries outside the visitor’s country; applicable safeguards and Google’s own privacy documentation govern Google’s processing.

Section 10

Managing Cookies & Similar Technologies

Most browsers allow you to inspect, delete or block cookies and other stored website data through browser privacy or site-data settings. The exact controls depend on your browser and device.

Blocking all cookies or storage technologies can affect website functions that depend on security, authentication, form protection or session state. For example, restrictive browser settings may interfere with the operation of anti-bot or form-security systems.

Nezni provides a consent interface with separate Necessary, Analytics and Advertising categories. Necessary technologies remain active because they support core operation or security. Visitors may accept all optional categories, reject non-essential technologies or manage categories individually.

A visitor’s choice is stored on the device for up to 180 days unless the visitor deletes browser data, uses a different browser or device, or Nezni changes the consent configuration. Visitors can reopen the interface through the Change Cookie Preferences control on this Cookie Policy page and revise or withdraw optional consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before the preference was changed.

Google Ads choice

Choosing Advertising allows the Google Ads tag and configured conversion measurement to operate. Rejecting non-essential technologies or leaving Advertising disabled keeps the Google Ads tag blocked. The Analytics choice is reserved for a future analytics service and does not currently activate Google Analytics.

Section 11

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the website, security configuration, plugins, service providers, analytics tools, marketing technologies or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when this policy was most recently revised.

Before introducing a materially different non-essential tracking technology, Nezni will review whether the relevant privacy notices and consent controls need to be changed. A future technology will not be treated as currently active merely because it is mentioned as a possible later addition in this policy.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically if you want to understand the current technology categories used on nezni.com.
