Flexo Printed Bags
We use generally flexo printingfor pp woven bags, laminated bags, pp kraft bags, laminated nonwoven bags, heat seal bags (ultrasonic bags). This type of printing is mostly used for large quantity wholesale bags orders. Minimum order quantities start from 10.000 pieces.
Silk Screen Printed Bags
We prefer silk screen printing mostly for cotton bags, polyester bags and colored nonwoven bags. After checking the printing files of the customers, we decide together the most suitable printing options. We prefer this type of printing for products such as canvas bags, twill cotton bags, natural cotton bags, backpacks, pouches, makeup bags (cosmetic bags), school bags, tool bags, cooler bags, food delivery bags, food carrier bags, customized bags.
Sewing Process For Bags
Sewing process is for all polyester and cotton bags (canvas bags, natural cotton bags, organic bags, Oeko tex bags), nonwoven bags, cooler bags, backpacks, makeup bags, cosmetic pouches and all similar products. We use ultrasonic method instead of sewing for heat seal bags that are produce fully automatically. Sewing stitching bags are long-lasting, useful and durable.
Offset Printed Bags
We use offset printing for nonwoven lamination bags and without lamination nonwoven bags. If the printing type of our customers is suitable, we use offset printing for some cotton bags and polyester bags also. Wholesale bag order quantities for offset printing usually start from 1.000 units.
Cutting Process For Bags
Cutting processes are done before the printing stage for some bags production, and after the printing process for others. For offset printing bags and silk screen printing bags, the cutting process is done before printing and the sheets are made ready for printing. The cutting process of flexo printed bags (pp woven bags and stitched laminated nonwoven bags) is done after printing and lamination process.
Quality Control & Delivery Proces
When all production processes are completed we start to final quality controls and fnish. After customer approval, we fnish export procedures and ship the goods. Shipment to European countries are preferred by road, to USA and other countries by sea. Urgent orders are sent by air cargo according to customer preference.
